Studio Etiquette
At A Fine Balance Pilates & Dance, we take the work of Pilates very seriously. We concentrate on giving the best foundational instruction and guidance for our clients. We are always happy to work collaboratively with our clients and create a great atmosphere.
- Please enter the studio quietly if there is a session or class in progress.
- Kindly remove your shoes before entering the workout area. Personal items and shoes may be stored in the designated area provided. A Fine Balance Pilates and Dance is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Please wipe down equipment after each use.
- Kindly turn off mobile phones. If you are waiting for an emergency call, please keep your phone on vibrate and with you.
Cancellation Policy
A Fine Balance Pilates has a 24 hour advance cancellation/reschedule policy. In the event that you need to cancel/reschedule please do so in writing to avoid forfeiting your session. This applies to pre-registered classes as well as all sessions and series.
Refund Policy
The studio accepts cash, checks and Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover. There is a $50 fee for returned checks. All Packages and class cards have an expiration date, please check your specific package. There are no refunds.
