Studio Etiquette

At a fine balance pilates We take the work of Pilates very seriously. We concentrate on giving the best foundational instruction and guidance for our clients. We are always happy to work collaboratively with our clients and create a great atmosphere. 

Cancellation Policy

A Fine Balance Pilates has a 24 hour advance cancellation/reschedule policy.  In the event that you need to cancel/reschedule please do so in writing to avoid forfeiting your session. This applies to pre-registered classes as well as all sessions and series.

Refund Policy

The studio accepts cash, checks and Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover. There is a $50 fee for returned checks. All Packages and class cards have an expiration date, please check your specific package. There are no refunds.

Pilates is a body healing method developed by Joseph Pilates. The purpose of the method is to unite the body systems through physical activity that strengthens and stretches all muscle groups and also focuses on the body, mind and breath.

The Pilates method improves and educates body awareness, posture, flexibility, strengthening, coordination, vitality and motor efficiency. Beyond relieving physical and emotional stress, practicing Pilates can help relieve chronic pain, increase energy levels and effectively activate internal organs.

No experience necessary! we recommend 3-5 private sessions before attending a class.

No! all classes in privet are designed to warm your body up and cool your body down.

Comfortable clothing that you are able to move and starching and no shoes needed.

Every session/class is 55 minutes.
